Praying for Guidance

Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. -Proverbs 3:5-6 This well-known passage is one of the many instances in the Bible in which we read of God’s promise to “direct our paths.”  God makes it clear to us that He will guide us through this life’s journey and that His Word will be “a lamp unto our feet and a light unto our path” (Psalm 119:105).
