In the “Nieuwe Kerk”
This is the interior of the Nienwe Kerk (“New Church”) in the old Dutch city of Delft, The Netherlands. A late gothic cruciform basilica, built in the years 1384-1495. The chancel has twelve pillars (representing the twelve Apostles). The nave of the church has sixteen columns (representing the sixteen prophets in the Bible).
