Rev. Cornelius Hanko expounds Romans 8:1 to explain the doctrine of justification and the assurance of no condemnation for those in Christ. Through the contrasting examples of the Pharisee and publican, and Paul's own struggle with sin in Romans 7, Hanko illustrates how believers find peace not through self-righteousness but through reliance on God's grace and the work of the Holy Spirit in sanctification.
