No Room for the Savior
“And she brought forth her firstborn son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger; because there was no room for them in the inn” (Luke 2:7). We often hear this verse around Christmastime, but how often do we consider what it means that there was no room in the inn? Of course, the physical inn in Bethlehem was full, but beyond that, Jesus was brought into a world that had no room for him.
