New Perils

Now that war has become a grim reality also for us in America we face new and graver perils than ever before. The number of draftees will in­crease with leaps and bounds also in our circles. Many young men who have been deferred will now be called into service, others who were not considered eligible will now be reclassified. Many homes will see one or two, or possibly even more boys drawn into the service. And if the war lasts any length of time the number of recruits will con­tinue to grow....
