The matter to which we are now applying ourself is the universality of the Sabbath. As is well known the position of many is that the Sabbath is peculiar to the Old Testament dispensation and that with the advent of Christ and the ushering in of the new day the Sabbath was among the things which decayed, waxed old and vanished.
