Geneva’s influence on the French Reformed churches
This article examines Geneva's formative influence on the French Reformed churches through the lives and ministries of three key French Reformers: William Farel, John Calvin, and Theodore Beza. The resource traces how these men carried the Reformation torch from their Roman Catholic roots to Geneva, where they labored to establish and strengthen Reformed churches in France through preaching, teaching, and ecclesiastical support.
The church in Geneva, Switzerland had a significant place in the formation and continuation of the Reformed churches in France.
