Two Nights and “Beacon Lights”
The ushers were showing us down the aisle of the beautiful little Church in Oak Lawn. The dimly lighted auditorium, the beautiful platform furnishings created a solemn air -- impressive! Our unaccustomed eyes lingered here and there -- on the flags, the costly candlesticks, the gold cross, the pictured windows, the pulpit on one end of the platform.
