Exposition of James 1:17

"Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning." James 1:17 That God is the God of perfection, a light in whom there is no darkness, receives all emphasis in this context of the epistle of James.
