Watching Daily at My Gates

March 1         I Kings 18:1-6                 Could we stand as Obadiah did?  Do we stand as Obadiah did?  Are we willing to do whatever is needed for the cause of God’s kingdom?  Obadiah risked his life to save one hundred prophets of God.  Would we risk anything at all to defend God’s Name in the world or even among our friends?  We may never be put in Obadiah’s position, but we all have the calling to defend the Word of God.  Do we do it?  Sing or read Psalter 105 especially stanzas 1-4....
