Exposition of James 1:5

"If army of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him." James 1:5 The connection between verse 5 and the preceding is not difficult to understand. James proceeds in his epistle from the church's position and calling in the midst of the world.
