New Faces, New Departments

You may have already noticed that this issue is somewhat different from preceding ones. It is true that the contents and appearance are still the same. However, there have been changes made as far as the various editors are concerned. Therefore, I think it is proper that in this editorial we bid farewell to those who leave, and welcome those who take their places.
