March 1 Read Psalm 9 Psalm 9:1-2. This Psalm starts with a declaration of praise. David will praise God for the mercies that He has given him. In reading through the Psalm we see that David wrote this after enduring afflic­tion and being delivered by God. We, too, while living an antithetical life will endure affliction on this earth.
