First Year Convention Proposal

Note concerning the proposal: The Fed Board voted in favor of this proposal for a new convention format. This was addressed in the December issue of last year’s Beacon Lights. Since then, more discussion has been had and details ironed out. This convention format will be for a 3 year trial basis only, but the Fed Board has determined that it is a necessary next step due to future problems with the sizes that our conventions will be.
