Dear editor:  This is to express appreciation for the editorial in the April 2024 issue of Beacon Lights, “In defense of infant baptism.” It is doctrinal. It defends an important truth of the Reformed faith and life. It is polemical.   We need such writings, young as well as old.  The editorial might well have added that the error of re-baptizing an adult, who was baptized as an infant, is a sin—a grievous sin.
