Missionary for the British Isles
A proposal is coming to synod from the Mission Committee to declare the British Isles a field of mission labor for our churches and to appoint a calling church for the purpose of calling a missionary to labor there. This was recommended to the Mission Committee by the Committee of Contact which was given the mandate by a previous synod to make a careful study by means of personal labor in the area.
