Let's turn to Isaiah 40 this morning. It's a very beautiful chapter, this chapter. It's the beginning of the second major section of the book of Isaiah, which continues to the end, 40-66. Chapter 40 introduces many of the great themes of this latter section. We'll read the entire chapter....
