Martyn McGeown critiques a BBC documentary on being "born again," arguing that contemporary evangelicalism misunderstands regeneration as a human decision rather than God's sovereign work. Drawing on Scripture, McGeown explains that spiritual rebirth is entirely God's action upon the spiritually dead sinner, not dependent on human will or effort, and challenges the popular notion that one can "accept Jesus" or "ask Him into one's heart."
