Dear Schuiler: There was a time when we heard much about WORLDLY AMUSEMENTS, and the phrase meant something very definite to us. But today, though still used those words seem to lack content. We speak of “no sin in things”, and “our Christian liberty permits us to use all things in moderation.” What then really constitutes WORLDLY AMUSEMENT?
