New Editor Sought

The editor of the Standard Bearer presented the following letter to the staff of the magazine (writers and managing editor) at their annual meeting this past June. I accept your appointment to be editor of the Standard Bearer for another year. I will not be available for reappointment next year. In 2004, I will have served as editor for sixteen years.
