The Proposed Declaration

There are several reasons why the Declaration that was proposed by our last Synod to the churches should be adopted at our next Synod. Its adoption should not be postponed. The Mission Committee evidently felt that they had need of such a declaration as a basis for their work and deliberations. And this basis must not be left uncertain for another year.
