The Approach to Covenant Children (2)

The Netherlands Reformed Congregations (NRC) view their baptized children as unregenerated. This is their view of their children because the baptism of the children means nothing more than that the children are brought into an outward connection with the covenant. Baptism is not a sign of the living, spiritual ingrafting of the children into Jesus Christ.
