This article was written by Herman Hoeksema in the Vol 29 Issue 08 1/15/1953 of The Standard Bearer. _____________ The way in which an officebearer, whether he be minister, elder, or deacon, may be and must be suspended, and ultimately deposed, from his office, is in itself perfectly plain from the Church Order, as also from the Formula of Subscription.
