No matter how nleticu lously the material for the Journal is prepared - it is carefully scrutinized at least three tinles - errors rCl11ain. This sad fact renlains true even though computers are equipped with various devices to minimize the possibility of error. Some errors are relatively insignificant and can be overlooked....
