Our Schools and Government Subsidy (11): Parochiaid And Our Philosophy of Education

Parochiaid seems to be on its way to a trial in the State of Michigan. A one billion dollar "School Reform Bill" has been passed by the state senate; and in this bill, which included many of the items recommended by Michigan's Governor Milliken, is an item calling for $25 million worth of parochiaid.
