Dear Rev. Hoeksema: God's Word teaches us that women must keep silence in the churches, I Cor. 14:34, and that the women must not teach, nor usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence, I Tim. 2:12. We also believe that national and state affairs must be ruled and governed by men only.
