What is a CRC Conservative?

This is the question which I proposed to treat separately in connection with the Rev. Tuininga's statement that everybody knows what is meant by a conservative. I demurred, saying that over the years I have become more and more confused as to what actually constitutes a Christian Reformed conservative.
