Update on Religious Freedom in Canada

From time to time I'm asked, by friends and fellow saints in the United States, regarding the current status of religious freedom here in Canada. Are things getting worse for the faithful church, for serious-minded Christians who strive to live according to their religious (biblical) convictions?
