Rev. Bernard Woudenberg

Rev. Bernard Woudenberg was born to Bernard and Lucy (Hanko) Woudenberg on February 16, 1931. He was born and raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan, in the old First Church area and he was baptized by Rev. Hoeksema. He attended Baxter Christian School as a boy. This school was located in the First Church area. More than half of the school’s student body came from First Church. After high school, Rev. Woudenberg attended Calvin College.
