Martyn McGeown's satirical poem exposes the logical inconsistencies and theological errors of Arminianism by ironically presenting the human-centered view of salvation through the voice of a self-righteous believer. Through biting humor, the author demonstrates how the Arminian emphasis on human freewill ultimately undermines God's sovereignty, grace, and the sufficiency of Christ's atonement, making a polemical case for Reformed doctrine.
