Fourteen years ago, on December 7, 1941 – a date which will live in infamy – the United States of America was suddenly and deliberately attacked by the forces of the Empire of Japan. Japanese planes swept down on Pearl Harbor, our great naval base in Hawaii, while submarines sank many of our battleships, killing almost five thousand men. Soon the whole world was in the Second World War and everyone was experiencing the terror and horrors of war. Mighty battles that will live on in the memories...
