January 8- Read 2 Chronicles 34 In this chapter, the people of Judah find the book of the law and are fearful about God’s judgment, because their fathers hadn’t been keeping that law. In verse 22, they go to Huldah the prophetess, asking her what God has to say to them. Huldah tells them that judgment will indeed come upon the wicked people of Judah for their disobedience, but that it will not happen during Josiah’s reign because he humbled himself before God.
