The distinctive approach to covenant children taken by the Protestant Reformed does not involve us in "dormant regeneration" (cf. the editorial in the January 1, 1991 issue of theStandard Bearer). But is the view of the baptized children that underlies this approach in reality the notion of "presumptive regeneration"?
