This article examines the Protestant Reformed Churches in America's commitment to the three-self missionary formula through their foreign mission work in Singapore from 1980-1987 under Rev. Arie denHartog. The piece documents how the PRCA sought to establish an indigenous Reformed church among converts from various non-Christian backgrounds, demonstrating the practical implementation of missionary principles within PRCA ecclesiology and missional strategy.
