Overview of the Minor Prophets: Joel

Hosea had prophesied that God would judge the kingdom of Israel, the northern ten tribes, by destroying them. Joel’s prophecy is also about God’s judgment. His attention is on the southern kingdom of Judah, out of which Christ would come.
