Do you have a second? Grab a tape measure. Measure the length of your leg (heel to hip joint) and the length of your lower leg (heel to kneecap). Divide the entire leg length by the lower leg length. It should come out to about 1.5 – 1.8. (Heel to hip joint) ÷ (Heel to kneecap) = 1.62.
