Dr. Nathan Lanning, a cellular biologist and member of Hope Protestant Reformed Church, applies biblical principles to the practical matter of dietary moderation, particularly sugar consumption during the holiday season. Drawing on 1 Corinthians 6:12 and Reformed understanding of Christian stewardship, he argues that while all foods are permissible, believers should exercise wisdom and self-control in eating, recognizing both God's provision and our responsibility to care for the bodies He has given us.
