A servant-leader
This article by Joshua Engelsma examines biblical male leadership by exploring what Scripture teaches about men's roles as leaders in the home and church. Using the metaphor of spiritual ditches, Engelsma warns against two extremes—indifference to leadership responsibilities on one side and presumably an authoritarian abuse of leadership on the other—while advocating for a balanced, biblically-grounded approach to male headship.
