June 1 Acts 4:31-37 John and Peter had just been freed by the elders and priests in Jerusalem. They had gone back to the church and reported God’s goodness to them. After a prayer of thanksgiving and request for the boldness to speak Christ’s name, they received a striking answer of an earthquake and the Holy Ghost. They then began to live out of their faith.
