The number one resource I would recommend when dealing with the subject of sexual abuse would be your fellow church member who has been personally affected by sexual abuse (in one way or another), and who (for whatever reason) has a passion for the subject and has educated themselves on the subject. Listen to them. Truly listen to them. Learn from them....
