It ought to be plain from the Scriptures already cited that eternal life and the reward of grace is one and the same and that thus the latter, too, is the fruitage of the satisfaction and righteousness of Christ. I wish to quote one more Scripture in proof of this, "And whatso­ever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men; knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the re­ward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ".
