Television – A Survey

I was requested to write on the subject of “television”. I have done so repeatedly in the past. Others have too. Still, the subject constantly re-occurs. Even then, whatever is said or written seems to have little effect on our habits in the use of television. So perhaps as a slightly different approach might be required.
