The Book of Joel

The Book divides into two parts. The first part chapter 1:1 to 2:27 inclusive. The dividing verse is clearly: "and it will come to pass that afterwards I will pour out, etc." The second part begins with chapter 2:28 to the end of the Book. The first section is again comprised of two sub-divisions. The first of these begins with chapter 1:1 and continues through chapter 2:17; and the second section, chapter 2:18 to chapter 2:27 inclusive.
