Kenneth Koole responds to John Bolt's essay defending Herman Hoeksema's position in the 1924 common grace controversy, examining Bolt's three key theses: that grace is particular, that common grace doctrine is extra-confessional, and that CRC polity was violated. This scholarly debate addresses fundamental questions about Reformed theology and ecclesiastical governance that led to the formation of the Protestant Reformed Churches.
