The Kingdom of the Gracious One

The sun rose in gentle strides over the kingdom that lay in the southern mountains. The light chased away the shadows of night as it drew its curtain up the mountainside. It peeked into the houses and shops of the inhabitants of the kingdom as if to say “Up, up.
