Daniel Holstege explores the biblical and theological relationship between God's covenant and the church's missionary calling to the world. Drawing from his personal experience as a child raised in a covenantal Protestant Reformed home and later as a missionary to the Philippines, Holstege argues for deeper integration of covenant theology and missional thinking within Reformed doctrine. This article begins a series aimed at developing how these two foundational biblical concepts mutually inform and strengthen each other.
