It is a timely thesis. It is a thesis well done. The thesis to which we refer is that of Prof. Ronald Cammenga, a thesis submitted to the faculty of Calvin Theological Seminary in 2013, and now revised and enlarged in 2014, to complete the requirements for his Master of Theology Degree.
