My text is again taken from the ninth chapter of Paul's epistle to the Romans. The verses selected are the verses twenty and twenty one of the aforesaid chapter. Let us begin reading at verse eighteen: "Therefore hath he mercy on whom he will have mercy; and whom he will he hardeneth.
