Our Church Order (Article 6 & 7)

In my previous essay attention was called to the fact that article 6 is not clear in that it does not state by whom the minister to serve in the institution is to be called. Strictly speaking, all that the article requires is that the Spiritual Advisor to serve in institutions of mercy or otherwise be a minister of the gospel.
