Prof. Brian Huizinga exhorts Protestant Reformed believers to actively pursue peace in the church through the biblical practice of going to one another for confession, forgiveness, and conflict resolution. Drawing on Scripture and grounded in the Reformed emphasis on God's sovereign grace working in the church, the article addresses the practical difficulty of overcoming sinful nature to engage in direct, gracious communication when disagreements arise within the congregation.
